Welcome to WROLCC
We believe that a glorious church begins with individuals’ lives.
The development of well-rounded individuals depends on
four major levels – Worship & Praise, Renewal by the
Holy Spirit, Cell Group, and Glocal Impact.
God will send miraculous changes and blessings to our
families, communities and nations through each of us.

ABOUT
PASTOR
Victoria Lien
Victoria Lien is the ordained senior pastor of Waterloo River of Life Christian Church. She was born in Taiwan and received her Masters of Education from the University of Manchester. Pastor Victoria and her husband Fue-Sang are dedicated to winning souls for Jesus Christ. She is gifted in praise and worship and preaching the gospel.
In 2013. she was invited to join River of Life Christian Church and received a vision to build a glorious church of God. She also participates in the Healing Room Ministry in Waterloo and Kitchener. Pastor Victoria and Fue-Sang are the proud parents of three wonderful children: Jennifer, Rebekah and Joshua. She was officially ordained at the Ottawa River of Life Christian Church in October 2019.
